Hi All,
	I've been tasked wit setting up a video streaming system for a
shareholder's meeting of a small privately held company.  We expect
approximately 50-100 viewers.
	This is something I have little experience in, and I'm hoping
some of you can point me in the direction of where to look.
	What software is needed by the client to upload the video to our
server realtime?
	What software do we need on our server to rebroadcast that
stream to the viewers?  It would need to be able  scale the video in
realtime, to allow broadband viewers to get the best quality, and dialup
viewers to see it.
