First question is WHY?
Connecting another computer via the USB port bypasses IPCop and the
protection it gains you. Is there a special purpose for this setup?
Or is it because it's there? To me there's no addtional benefit of
the USB port that the ethernet port doesn't already provide.
Secondly I suspect the Toshiba, while the documentation says you can
use both, is configured to allow only 1 IP address and that's been
assigned to the ethernet port.
